What style does BRP Construction specialize in? Can you build traditional style homes?

BRP Construction specializes in contemporary and modern homes. Although we have a distinct specialty, we can build any style.

How do I know how big I can make my home if I want to add an addition?

Maximizing potential space can often be essential for growing families in small houses, especially houses built in the mid-twentieth century. BRP Construction’s Preliminary Consultation (more information is here) consists of reviewing and defining program requirements ; taking field measurements; researching existing conditions ; and undertaking preliminary code review (such as zoning). In addition, this phase provides a preliminary schematic design that describes the size, nature and character of the entire project. There will also be design meetings to refine the design and functionality of the space.

How can I obtain financing for my construction project?

There are two main types of financing for construction projects:

How long will a full-scale remodel or addition take?

Our most recent new home build project at 6432 83rd Place Cabin John, Maryland took about 6 months to build from the date of permit issuance. We have extremely fast completion rates.

There are several websites that offer temporary housing listings. AirBnB is also a good option to find short-term, furnished housing.
